PK33 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between you ("the Player") and PK33 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pk33 website, mobile application and all services offered through them. Accessing any part of pk33 constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all activities on pk33 — sports betting, poker, jackpot slots, crash games, ludo games, aviator, all bonus programmes and any other feature or service made available now or in the future. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or competitions and will be clearly communicated when they are offered.

PK33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account at least seven days before the changes take effect. Continued use of pk33 after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms take effect.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use pk33, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. PK33 strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification for any account where age is uncertain. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust or other entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gaming services under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on pk33. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under different names, phone numbers or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. PK33 may request documentation to verify your identity at any point, including government-issued CNIC, proof of address or payment verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. PK33 will never ask for your password. Do not share your login details with anyone. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3. Deposits and Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on pk33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name that match your pk33 account details. Third-party deposits — payments made from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in your account being restricted pending investigation.

PK33 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility. Deposit limits apply per account per day — these are visible in your account settings and can be adjusted as part of your responsible gaming controls.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pk33 balance are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay). For IBFT bank transfers, the minimum withdrawal is Rs 1,000.

PK33's target processing time for withdrawals is under 15 minutes for mobile wallet transfers during standard operating hours. In practice, the majority of withdrawals complete within 12 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing times. During exceptionally high-volume periods, withdrawals may take longer — we aim to keep this transparent and will communicate delays proactively to affected players.

Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a payment account belonging to another person. PK33 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts or accounts where verification is pending.

The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method confirmed).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be completed or the bonus portion forfeited.
• Your account must be in good standing with no open investigations or restrictions.
• Deposits made by card must complete a standard security cooling period before withdrawal to the same card is processed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

PK33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated when the offer is communicated. Where these specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms take precedence for that promotion.

General bonus rules that apply to all pk33 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used within the stated period are forfeited automatically. Expiry dates are visible in your pk33 account bonus section.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting typically contributes 100%. Slots contribute 100% unless otherwise stated. Table games, live casino and certain game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Always check the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: When a bonus is active on your account, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is Rs 2,000 unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your pk33 account at any given time. New bonuses claimed while a previous bonus is active may be rejected or queued.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on pk33 are subject to the platform's operational rules, which are available within each game or sports market. The following general rules apply across all pk33 gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Once you have placed a bet or initiated a game round on pk33, the action cannot be reversed or cancelled except where explicitly permitted by the specific game rules.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the ones that apply to your bet — not odds seen at an earlier point in your session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or betting event on pk33, any affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to your balance. This applies to server-side errors on pk33's systems. Client-side issues — your own device, internet connection or browser — do not qualify for void treatment.
• All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages are long-run theoretical averages, not guarantees of individual session outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per account. These are displayed before you place a bet. VIP accounts may have different limits as communicated by pk33's VIP team.
• In cases of obvious error — including clearly wrong odds, incorrect jackpot values or system pricing errors — pk33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to players. We will communicate any such action transparently to affected accounts.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk33 and will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using another person's identity or payment details, creating accounts using fraudulent documentation.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one pk33 account, whether or not the accounts are used simultaneously.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker and other player-versus-player games. PK33 uses active monitoring systems to detect collusion patterns.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, deliberately structuring play to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement, or coordinating bonus exploitation with other players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for a transaction that was genuinely made by you on pk33. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in account closure and legal recovery action.
• Software manipulation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software or any other tool that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents pk33's systems. This includes exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs — any such exploit should be reported to pk33 support.
• Money laundering: Using pk33 for any form of money laundering or financial crime. PK33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

PK33 may suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any supplementary terms applicable to a specific product or promotion.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable time when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or violation of applicable law.
• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or activity for 24 consecutive months may be closed after notice. Any balance remaining will be held for the statutory period before being treated as dormant in accordance with applicable regulations.

If your account is suspended for investigation, pk33 will aim to complete the investigation and communicate the outcome within 14 working days. During this period, deposits and withdrawals will be restricted but your balance will not be affected pending the outcome of the investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting pk33 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure that is not subject to outstanding wagering requirements or open investigations will be refunded to your verified payment method.

9. Responsible Gaming

PK33 is committed to responsible gaming and takes player wellbeing seriously as a genuine obligation, not just a regulatory requirement. We provide the following tools directly within your pk33 account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits can be decreased immediately and increased only after a 48-hour cooling period.
• Loss limits: Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week or month. Once reached, further betting is suspended for the relevant period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic notifications after a set gaming duration, and optional hard stops that end your session.
• Reality checks: Pop-up notifications at intervals you choose, reminding you how long you have been playing and your net position.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from pk33 for a defined period (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion is effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. All marketing communications will also cease during self-exclusion.

10. Privacy and Data

PK33 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

In summary, pk33 collects the personal information necessary to operate your account, process payments in PKR, verify your identity, provide customer support and comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Your personal data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting pk33 support. Some data may be retained for regulatory compliance purposes even after account closure.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the pk33 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, game content, sports data, brand elements and user interface — is the intellectual property of PK33 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership or licence rights in this content beyond the limited right to use pk33's services as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works from any pk33 content without our explicit written permission. Unauthorised use of pk33 content will be treated as intellectual property infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk33's liability to you is limited as follows:

• PK33 is not liable for losses arising from your own decisions, including betting decisions, game choices or failure to use responsible gaming tools available to you.
• PK33 is not liable for interruptions to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including telecommunications network outages, government actions, natural events or third-party payment provider issues.
• PK33's maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the amount of your net deposits in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• PK33 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. We perform scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance) and may need to take services offline for emergency fixes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk33's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Changes to These Terms

PK33 may update these Terms at any time. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights, payment conditions, bonus rules or account policies — we will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the email address registered on your account and via an in-platform notification.

Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change substantive meaning, or updates to reflect regulatory requirements) may be made without advance notice but will always be reflected in the updated document available on this page with a revised version number and effective date.
